Judgement Set bonuses - Worth the Gems?
3 set : Increases Penance (direct reactive) by two triggers.
5 set : Increases Arch Recovery (direct heal) by 10%
7 set : Reduces power cost of Inquisition by 20 per trigger.
BP : +125 to Spell and Heal amount
Hands : +7 Melee Crit.
Helm : +20 In-combat Health Regen
Legs : +7 Damage Spell Crit Chance
Shoulders : +20 In-combat Power Regen
Boots : +7 Heal Crit Chance
Forearms : +7 Heal Crit Chance
The two extra reactive triggers provide minimal benefit to most raiding Inquisitors. Unless the MT Templar goes AWOL or LD our direct reactive gets little use on raids.
The 10% boost to arch recovery is so so... It usually rates a small blip on my zonewide heal parse... If only it was boosted our group heal...
Reducing the power cost of Inquisition? zzzZZZzzzz. We have been spoon fed a plethora of items to help maintain power, and they work so efficiently. By the time you get to the point you can have the 7 set of judgement armor, you should easily have power-maintenance gear to heal forever.
And OMG I am so f***ing happy to see our Inquisitor set adds to our Spell Damage Crit chance! And also our +spell damage! Clearly these bonuses were added by a competent SOE staff member who understands how our class works! Oh, wait...
Then we get blessed from above with the +7 melee crit we do not need, and the +20 incombat health/power regen we do not want. There is a god?
Our forearm slot is nice (+7 heal crit). Boots are not bad either, but get a good run for their money from last tiers loot...
So the overall evaluation? I am hoping the incoming Avatars drop a lot of plate gear that healers can wear... It is a shame that quite a lot of "Third Tier" RoK fabled gear, can be given a good run for its money by fabled gear from the previous expansions, for us Inquies.
Discuss?

They had to put the spell bonuses for the 3 lvl 80 inqs that still use spells.

Even though I am melee spec'd I have a set designed for spell damage and crits (+525 spell, +32 crit, with 4pts in to the crit aa). All the pieces are mostly rewards from quests, except for a couple pieces from T1 that I got for little dkp. Why do I have a spell set? Mainly for the few weak ass ranged mobs that are in VP. Laugh all you want, but I prefer to be versatile. (Plus, I used to be a Templar)
The set though is kinda meh, I am not too exited about it. Other than the + heal crit pieces, most of the items would be linear upgrades from what I have now in my different sets.

Re: Judgement Set bonuses - Worth the Gems?
for now i have not really found much to be excited about from this tier... the jewls suck ass... period.. the armor?? well it makes for nice transmute fodder..
The set gear from T4 as whole is just something to spend time on getting. I doubt i will see any avatar loot so im stuck at mediocrity on the plus side, I got a really neat 2hander that i like though.. from tier 1.... spell crit WTF is that crap...
to be honest they shoulda gave us the option to mix and match with the templar AA stuff if you wanna be a caster based u chose x lines you wanna be meelee base u chose y lines you wanna max out healing u chose z lines.. so you could see a templar that is battle cleric speced, or an inquis that is smite specced or some crazy ass shit.. but our AA lines?? to limiting.. I am happy with what i got but sadly i dont see the gear to support it...
hrm... 7 set piece plus 1 ear one ring one wrist that would give you a 10 set bonus that counters fanats penalities... that would be interesting... or an epic weapon that does that.

Re: Judgement Set bonuses - Worth the Gems?
Coincidently my healer gear (mostly from T1-2 raids) has like no str (yay I love being more burdened now that I'm 80 than I was at 79, go cleric gear dev!), but I checked my spell crit and it's in the 30s, I haven't had enough of a need to make a good ranged set with spells, though I should, not to mention my bags are so freaking full with stuff I *may use in x situation* and don't want to sell cause you know if I do that sitch will show up the next day.
I still prefer my good old str set and healer set... but apparently I have a nice default spell set with T8

Re: Judgement Set bonuses - Worth the Gems?
All in all our VP "relic" is a major dissappointment. Woopty Do more Melee Crit, Woopty Do more spell Crit, Woopty Do more triggers on our reactives, Woopty Do less power consumed on Inquisition, Woopty Do 20 HEALTH regen? Woopty Do 20 fucking Power Regen? Woopty Do 10% bonus to Arch Recovery? Dogma heals more than 10% bonus to Arch Recovery.
So basicly the person who designed our Stats on our actually cool looking armor is a fucking IDIOT. I will say again for emphasis They are a FUCKING I D I O T.
The only good thing about this set is the stats. Everything else sucks so badly that I feel ashamed that a Dev actually thought those benefits would be useful to us.
Fuck it. Its clear from our armor that Dev's DO NOT LISTEN TO INQUISITORS!! Until I am shown otherwise they need to stop thinking we are fucking templars. I wanna be a specialized melee dps cleric. Not a Spell using Defensive Cleric. Being lazy and worthless at your job is no excuse to not at least test out armor and let people get a feel for it. No I do not mean test it out on regular joe blows who will never even get into VP, I am talking about having good bonuses worth getting for RAIDERS!!! If your not a raider you will never ever own this shit so their opinion means jack SHIT!
Who in the fucking world thought 20 health and power regen worth while anyway? Didn't we tell you guys a long time ago Flowing thought gear was nearly worthless? Trying to sneak one by us? Wtf am i going to do with 20 health regen anyway? Oh that must be the new strat to beating Silverwing, you have to have all your regen gear on and you will survive wingbeat so you don't need to joust. What was I thinking. Ya know I thought about trying to give them some ideas for our set bonus but its gonna be 6 months before they even consider it so I am gonna do it right. I will have a T8 VP relic setup in a couple days to see how this inquisitor community feels about it, and see if we can't tweak it ourselves and submit it to the Dev's so that ALL they have to do is copy and paste the shit over and patch the shit ass armor. Gotta love doing a Dev's job for em cause they are too fucking stupid to figure it out for themselves. Way to play the game dev's.

Re: Judgement Set bonuses - Worth the Gems?
Well, about every class has a piece with +20 health regen on it, so we can't realy whine about that
