as far as turning it off goes..bang goes a hell of a lot of healing power too.

power is somewhat of an issue for us inquisitors unless you get your hands on certain items, tnt set, c mayongs shoulders etc etc the list is fairly long. there are mana well items as well. or you can just cyber an illusionist for power feeds.

make sure dogma is on a fast hitting class, rogues,monks,assassins will do. predators dont actually attack that fast compared to those others, and if possible avoid rangers. yes it procs but its much slower.

other than that, clarity pots, mana stone hearts and shards, the ghetto way

and make sure you put power procs on your main weapon. i tried the on heals power proc and it was shit in comparrison.

dogma on a fast hitting wha?? i thought dogma was the spell that when u cast a heal it gives u an extra kicker heal on the back end for a fee of x amount of power.

chilling inquest or whatever that is ur friend... the icon looks like a mini stockade that you put ur head and hands into.. dogma.. looks like a sausage... sausage bad...

when you can do it.. get a rogue in your group swashy seems to work best for me for procing inquest, avoid dogma at all costs, if you cant get that rogue. You will be able to keep your group alive without it. But your goal should be getting enough regen to handle that power load that dogma brings. If you dont do that you will eat through all your juice and be forced to "cybor" an illy.. thats why meph has his own pocket illy.. dontcha meph??

clarification: must be grade A, top notch cyber. Lots of details and creativity is a must or don't bother. It also helps to offer plat, gifts, marriage proposals, etc.

So now we know where Meph gets his mana regen from, and the double attack mod, and the haste mod, and the time compression... Hax!

Arturos, I am guessing Mephiston was talking about Inquest, not Dogma. But because he was too busy ******* an illy, he lost track. (gotta ensure you keep buffs, somehow?!)

More on topic... Sammy... Until you get a whole bunch of power regen gear/options, you will find Dogma to be more of a pain than a gain, in some fights. Simply get out there and learn what fights are good for it, and what fights are not, as you expand your power regen armor options. If you want to ask for questions and thoughts from other Inqs on what armor is good for that, ingame type:

there are a lot of nice power proc items on heals in RoK and dont think cybering a illu will help you get power back because illus use there power feed to keep there own power under 30% so they do more dmg.

Inquistiors and Illusionists have a synergistic relationship - Inquisitors are AMAZING targets to precast mana flow on so that (as stated above) we can drain our power to do more damage. I've caught the two other illys throwing power on Meph and our mana flows don't stack. Most of us really do try to pick a needy target when we drain our power, so ask your illy, but be prepared to cast Devotion for us in return. Also if you're really really good to your pocket illusionist, she/he may even wear the Di'Zok belt (or w/e the fuck the pondwash belt is called) for you and then you will never ever need power again.

You are truly a pimp if you can accomplish that.

Also keep in mind that a lot of the RoK instance mobs have annoying power drain AOEs, so it may not just be you.

Weird, i always,always, always play with convert m1 (still havent dogma m1 so waiting for it ) ,and never had problem with power.
Whatever the group i am in , MT,OT , Scouts dps . I always find a good target to cast inquest on it (and always aim to adept 3 or m1 version) and gear with as many FT as i can find. As well power procs.
While healing /curing /debuffing / fanaticising , it can goes down but never very low.

We re lacking enough heal tools compared to other priests to not give up a proc one :/

Thank you guys so much for all the help. Ill join the channel tonight when I log on. I apprecaite it much. I haven't been on so haven't had a chance to raid w/o Dogma but will def. being doing the go around with it tomorrow night. I really appreciate all the help and everything else. Thanks all who responded I appreciate it.

As for the cybering the Illy..Hmm .. lol I'll leave that up to another inq! haha anyways thank you guys again. I'll def respond w/ a post if this has helped my power big time. I didn't realize it cost power and proced every time i healed etc. Well i mean i did know it proc, but i didn't realize i was taking a power hit from it.
