Done some testing. Me against some solo mobs in JW, and against Vaanir.

Keep in mind that there are 3 pets and they all cast at the same time.

Here a preview of the new overview:

Joshisgreat did a great start with his thread, but as he is MIA and the thread is missing VP, SOH, RE2 and Avatar loot I tried to update it. I try to stay close to the original layout. If I missed something please add it. ;)

This is in order from #1 being best piece in that slot based solely on the piece of loot and what it does better than other pieces in that same slot. After the number will be the name of the gear - what mob drops it. Will try to make each category a top 5 pieces for everything except jewelry/charms/secondary etc since you can equip two of that type of piece, those will be a top 7. I had non tank groups in mind with this items. So will see almost no Shield Ally items (only if there is nothing else). If you find yourself in the OT group more often then not you should also check the thread of the Templars for some Shield Ally items.

It's a decent start...some of the orderings I do not agree with.
You left the thuuga ring off of the list...
And you can't really do new mythical till it goes live.
Also they are revamping a lot of the shields...think the SoH(corporal of dark light) one will be the new best (for Shield Ally..but we don't use that right?

).
Big nerf bat on the Guard of Drel.

Just updated the shields with the one on test. But you are right for Shield Ally. As most likely you wont have a Tank in your group I did not go for Shield Ally. ;)

I could add the thuuga ring back into the list, but I thought the other will all be better as +heal does so little to us. Both reactives will already be capped by only wearing the mythical and the VP set breastplate.

For which items would you change the order?

thuuga ring is +4 heal CRIT iirc...
And the orders are kinda just my personal preference and I shouldn't really comment because I'm not a full time raider on the inq toon.

But for helms, I'd want the transcending helm over the t7 one.
But see, my guild has a lot of regen and I use the book and belt for power saving...

For chests, there are chain/leather pieces one could wear that give +heal/heal crit and/or procs which are better imo over the numbers 4 and 5 which are just stats and plate...

The plate shoulders avatar loot shouldnt be #1...you are usually solo, so +50 heal is dick. the avatar leather shoulders and vs shoulders much nicer. I dont like the t7 shoudlers are all...I'd use the leg. +2heal crit set shoulders over it tbh lol. (but i have the quested ones)

I dont understand really why the elite shock troops forearms are there..not gonna use SA.

Gloves - I prefer the chardok ones over the contested chain.

Neck - chelsith heal crit ove the chelsith manawell...but thats just depends on group setup/fight really...getting really nit picky here.

Weapons - there is a vp 4heal crit 1h that drops there.
