aye procs are where its at, specially the greater bane stuff. i had a single item account for 7% of my palace ZW a few days ago.

also its possible to get a proc in basically every slot now, and due to the fact most bards are wearing the shard chaest plate which ups proc rates with cob, plus luck of the dirge etc, they are proving a good source of damage.

Honestly, which would be better: Pauldrons of Judgement or the Captain shoulders from ToMC? http://www.lootdb.com/eq2/item/1836471940 +7DPS (I think its more than 7%) would be +105 damage on a 1500 melee hit. But I assume the +125 CA damage doesn't apply to regular crushing swings?

I'm not sure why you say double attack items are non entities. I've seen several items with +heal crit and +double attack. I'm even wearing one. (not a LOT of them, but they do exist now)

When I'm actually logged into the game sometime I'll see about getting item names, links, and drop locations.
