From what I've seen, EMGs aren't worth using over T4 set gloves. The 5-set reactive proc was healing for more than Holy Water Sprinkler when I parsed them, and the set gloves have some casting haste, too.

REH is still uber though.

Well, after having got my 4-set for T4 and noticed the incredible change to Tenacity, I kind of surrender on getting both of them, the helmet and the gauntlets...

In one year I have seen the helmet drop once and the gauntlets never dropping at all :P

As well as the one he got on his alt we've seen quite a few drop the past few months as well. At least 5 or 6 I think.

One sold for 100p maybe a month or 2 ago as well. Somebody got a really good deal

Only ever seen the gloves drop once though.

Tuesday Zarrakon finally dropped my T4 shoulders, so that I now own 4 pieces of the TSO set (I hate my luck, as others are wearing 6 pieces already.).
And then yesterday we got our first drop of the EMG and I got them.

So now I'm sitting here trying to decide when to wear the set gloves and when to wear the EMG.

Most likely it will depend if the mob has an physical AE (set) or not ( EMG).

p.s. I know I'm hard to please.
