Not really Serias, 5 set + EMG/REH will perform better with any appreciable amount of casting haste.

Or to put it another way, EMG > 10 Heal Crit Bonus with decent casting haste.

I'd imagine that depends a lot on if the group is taking a lot of aoe damage or you are just trying to keep up the mt.
