Yes.
You also don't need as much WIS and power regen. Inquest on a nice procing class + power belt + 1-2 Manawell items should keep you at 100% power almost all the time even in a group without a bard or chanter. You heal crit could need some additional work. Also don't forget the heal crit scolls and poitions (+8% healcrit) for hard fights.

Re: + heal, heal crit or overflow
What about items with shelter? Are those worthwhile at all? Also are there more items with runic cover than the 4 lootdb has? Thank you in advance.

Re: + heal, heal crit or overflow
Shelter is OK if you don't have anything better, but it is not as useful as overloaded heal or any of the heal procs on raid items.
There are only these 4 items with runic cove, but there is still the SOH helm if you are lucky.

Re: + heal, heal crit or overflow
There are two lines of ward/heal procs you can find.
Best in ascending order:
WARDING
Hateshield [1500 damage ward] from Rune Etched Helm
Runic Cover [720 damage ward] from Jade Restoration Pauldrons, Abomination Leggings, Dreamweave Ringmail Leggings
*There is also a lesser Runic Cover which wards for 400 or something
Shelter [300 damage ward] from several questable/group items
GROUP HEAL
Holy Water Sprinkler [1500 instantly ( base value ), 500 every 5 seconds, total 3500 hp per group member ] Ethereal Mist Gauntlets
*true values are 1688, 563
Healing Blanket [112 instantly, 112 every 4 seconds, 784 total] Cloak of Woven Vines
Empowered Heal [580 instantly] Ring of Forgiveness
Overloaded Heal [347 instantly] Lots
Healing Torrent [250 instantly] Hammer of the Pureblood
Lesser Overloaded Heal [ 187/197 can't remember, instantly ] treasured stuff

Re: + heal, heal crit or overflow
I'm a little confused about this... I have 3 Overloaded Heal items and 2 Lesser OH items. Do these stack? For some reason I have a feeling like they are being cancelled out and only 1 is working. I've yet to see a crit happen off a Lesser OH, but it could just be my imagination.

Re: + heal, heal crit or overflow
Lesser OLH items are crap.
The OLH items stack, but where nerfed hard with the release of TSO and have a new bug, that they do not trigger from our reactives. The later will be fixed with GU51 somewhere in the middle of January. So still a long time to go.
