true

just the non raider will have to work MUCH MUCH harder to attain those numbers than raiders. - still possible though.

most of my dps gear is vanilla legendary. (have a few fabled dps pieces though so I cant speak for someone in full MC)

I have a question as well. I just came back to the game after about 18 months and broke out my lvl 61 inquis alt. The first thing I picked up on right away was that a missed what seemed to be a ridiculous amount (19% of my autoattacks were misses). Is this a normal to-hit rate? If not, what can I do about it?

My crush skill at 61 was 343 and I was fighting in the upper part of Sanctum.

It looks like your crushing is maxed in the BC line, but if it is even 1 less than maxed, the RNG seems to make you miss a great deal more; just like when your avoidance is not maxed for your level, it seems if the mobs never miss.

If you are capped in skill at your level, my only guess is the mobs were ramped up a bit since I was in SoS.

P.S. Even as a Templar now with zero bonuses to my crushing, I hit ^^ blue con (level 78) mobs 90% of the time.
