How'd the Rotten Chestwraps get three stars?

It became vendor loot after playing around with it for a week and not having its proc amount to anything worthwhile(sub 3% on solo healing groups for trak/byzola for example).

It would be more appropriate for it to have one, maybe two at most.

Not quite sure about the Void-Soaked Peacock Feathers item - as of feb 8th on Innovation it still had the same "See Invis" clickie on it and not the 5 % speedcast. The patch definitely has gone live, since other items have been extended as announced.

I will update these items soon (tm), but as I need to log on test to take the screens and test the items are not patched on test, I can't do so now. I also have about 30 other items waiting to be included into this list, but I will wait with further updates until we have a stable items base again.

Most likely the next update will be 1 to 2 weeks after the new zones went live.

What about the blue shiny reward from the Lavastorm zones, Hoop of Fire Worship. I think its better than half the ear pieces listed. 4 Heal Crit and 4% reduced cast time on beneficial spells.
