Yes it is a good item. As I wrote I can't look at all legendary loot. It's on my list for a while, but until we have a stable item base the is no reason to upgrade the thread. Who knows how the loot will look like in two weeks?

All the Avatar and Tythus onward loot will be added with the next release. As we currently do not know if and how they will change it until then.
Currently mainaining a loot thread is a huge mess.

So far, its great work, but few points i would like to comment:

- Split lists into Contested/Raid/Zone Loot;

- Chance the evaluation system on item; i would prefer adding stars to the info-buttons, e.g.;
- - - ( )

- Start a diskussion about this ranking, because some items are too much op/up in ur ranking compared to my opinion;

- Wait with all this point mentioned after items chances coming with LU51 are on live

Below is an other format I could think of.
The main problem of this format, that all pictures would still be loaded and only hidden.

I won't split the list based on where to get.
1st: There are several instanced mobs harder den Avatars this exp.
2nd You need to be very lucky to get any fabled items from the heroic zones or I am extremely unlucky as I did not get one yet. (The later might be true, as we also didn't get one pair of Ethereal Mist Gauntlets yet.)
3rd Most people posting here are in Avatar killing forces and should be able to get all or most of this loot.
4th The item progression seems right for most items, so beside a few exception they are already listed by difficulty.

And I'm already waiting for GU#51 to hit live to update this list. ;)

to me it seems like you are underestimating spellhaste.

the alandine robe needs to move up one position and the cloak of clerical destruction needs to move up 5 positions because its better than any other cloak you posted... imo thats whats wrong with gear progression in this game, where some legendary (not even rare - took me only like 5 runs to get it) cloak is the best available item for a given slot

I'm not underestimating it. It is more like you a overestimating it.
Yes, it is useful, but it is easy to reach high numbers by just three things, if you really need it:
- Mythical - 15%
- Heal Stance - 15%
- Time Compression / Coercive Healing - 20% / 15%

Now add some items, that also have other useful stats, like the "Brace of Corporeal Darklight" as well as some TSO set gear, some AA out of the shadow tree, INT line and you are close to or even at the cap. There isn't such a great need for these items any more. I carry these items with me all the time, but that I actually wear them happens very seldom.

If you don't have a chanter for every group then these items might be more useful, but I pity you if you don't.

And about moving the Crimson Robe of Alendine up:
The 20% bigger group heal on an otherwise good item, that might also grand a great set bonus, is a lot better then 10% spell haste on an otherwise craptisitc item.
There might be some situations where it might be better (solo healing a tank that pulls whole rooms in heroic dungeons / Guk3 waves without a chanter in group), but during raid, where our biggest focus is to keep the DD group up and running and healing off all incoming AE damage as well a choker damage, the VP set BP is a lot better then the robe.
