At 80, in a group, you will probably lose DPS casting master strike and damage reactives. They're great for killing tough mobs solo, but in a group, IMHO you're better off having Devotion up immediately after your first cast of Condemned and/or Inquisition (mob dependent), and only take it down if you need to heal. With Devotion up, cast times for regular nukes are way too slow to bother, and if you take it down, you're de-hasting the real DPS just to cast a nuke for 1-2k?
