I'm assuming that the chain T2 (soul lancer) stuff also gets upgraded ?

Basically, neither set is worth wearing. Except for maybe the Fused BP/Gloves for DPS gear sets.

ok so i did a comparison of the soul lancer set vs. the obsidian plate dps set from WoE.

i did compare the 3 pieces that you would+could wear, which is: gloves,bp and shoulders.

im gonna make it short and list only the differences:

dps +2
haste +6
da 0
critmit +15
camod +15
str +16
int +10
base -3
crush +4

ok... so amongst minor things: youd lose 3% base damage and gain 4 crush skill. about the critmit bonus: when an inq is wearing dps gear, it basically means youre fighting trash and dont need any crit mit, thus, its worthless for us on this set.

im not that sure, but i dont think, its worth all the shards and molds to go from soul lancer to obsidian, its not that much an upgrade to begin with... (yes they recently filled the 3rd merchant with stuff, allowing us to upgrade soul lancer to obsidian as well as allowing predators to upgrade soul lancer to their t3 set)
