If you want those procs to happen more then equip and use anything with Asphixiating Sorcery.

There are different items that have it but unfortunately you can only use the ability once on any item and can't stack the buff from multiple items (giving you say 2x the proc ability).

The clicky effect buffs proc chance for a while.

I'm too lazy as well. Also look for the shoulders that drop in Ravenscale. They have them also.

Basically it's a clicky item that once activated it increases all procs by 25% for 30 seconds.

Oh and if you don't want to wait for a drop... you can buy an item with it at the faction guy in JW near the KP zoneline. In that cave. It's a book that can be equipped in the range/sec slot so during combat I equip it, activate and then replace it with an item.

You want steadfast for sure, especially if you are on a pvp server. It's really one of the best ones we get imo.

sort of - i guess you can think of them as stances. As soon as you pop points into that, you get 3 abilities, one for pet, one for spells and one for melee. (to cover all priest types) only one can be active at once.

So i finally got the Litany of Combat aa and one of the buffs gives (at rank 2) 6% dmg to CA's, 10% double attack, and then some odd skill I've never heard of "increases weaon damage bonus of caster by 8.0" Thats not just a fancy name for DPS mod is it?

The other buff grants "Increases Damage per second of target by 12". So I imagine the first one i listed isn't giving me any dps mod? Plus neither of the 2 buffs shows it being added to my mod on my UI. Is it bugged?

Just look at your weapon damage when you switch it on. ;)
