oh. hmm... well I guess if it worked while casting or anything else it'd be a bit over powered for a lot of situations. (like pvp).
You misunderstood. As long as your feet don't move for 2 seconds steadfast makes it so that you cannot get interrupted. Casting and attacking are fine. Just don't move.

If you're solo you usually pull with a spell and by the time the mob gets to you Steadfast is already in effect. It's a great spell.

Yea looking forward to steadfast! I'll probably setup my solo aa spec to have it.

As for the litanty of combat, yes I noticed my weapons show on my UI as hitting a considerable amount harder. So guess its working, and I'm glad its not just a DPS mod. If it were then it'd just bring us to a cap sooner.

The other buff grants "Increases Damage per second of target by 12". So I imagine the first one i listed isn't giving me any dps mod? Plus neither of the 2 buffs shows it being added to my mod on my UI. Is it bugged?

Almost certain (cba logging in as off to bed now) from memory that the 2nd one you mention "Increases Damage per second of target by 12" is the one that goes on the pet, which Inq's don't have (check the "Target: part of the ability". It's basically there for Shaman's, since all priests share that line in the TSO tree. We basically use the spell one or the dattle one

I am a rocket scientist... but anyway, I have more questions:

1. Steadfast, it says it sometimes prevents stiffles. Does anybody know how much of the time it works? Anybody have a %?

2. The Enhance Verdict AA states "Adds an additional effect on Verdict that affects the creature when they cross the health threshold". Does that mean verdict can be cast anytime and it'll just auto take effect at the right time? It costs 5 aa points. It must do something good right?

3. Allied Prayers (3rd line of TSO) states that it adds a group heal once Soothing Sermon fades. How much healing does it do at 80 and maxed rank? The casitng time ofthat spell is so long i generally avoid it accept for pre-healing for hard pulls. (Course I'm only 52 so its a different game than at 80)

1. Not really very often, in my experience, but it's awesome for preventing interruptions.

2. With E: Verdict, it puts a debuff on the mob that stays up for (I think) 30 seconds, and then if its health drops to the threshold, it triggers the 1.5 second cast that reduces hps to 1. It allows you to cast it when the mob gets close to the threshold, and then concentrate on healing again. It also gives you a chance or 2 to recast after a resist before the threshold is crossed. It's great for a few mobs like the one in (I think) Temple of Scale that heals to 25% or whatever once it hits 2%, and TSO instance bosses, especially Varsoon (works all 3 times). It's good for fights like Nexona where dps is limited. It's also great for those "rare" occasions when everything goes to shit and the mob is almost dead. The vast majority of the time, though, unless your group/raid is just barely capable of killing the mob, it will be dead before the 1.5 seconds is up.

3. I think it's a bit under 1k at level 80 and 5 ranks. With myth and healing stance, the group reactive is useable (stacks nicely with Penance for solo healing), but I use Alleviation (group direct heal) a lot more often, so I'm spec'd for that instead.

I might have already asked this but didn't get an answer:

Oh that flurry type ability, the one that procs multiple melee attacks (forget the name), how often does it go off? Anybody have a percent from a parse or anything like that? Is it like every attack almost or is it like a 1.8 or 2.0 times a minute?

If your talking about the Overwhelming Arms ability you need to stop talking about it and put points into it.

Thank me later after your dps goes up.

I'm only level 60. Can't get it until 70. Just curious as it gives me something to look forward to and thus drives me on.

And I guess I'm retarded cause the AA tells me the percentage right on it. 25% chance to proc a 20% chance to hit multiple times. So basically the proc will go often fairly often.

if my weapon delay is 3 seconds I'll get 20 hits a minute, so one in 5 hits would proc the chance to hit multiple times. I'd imagine it goes off enough
