While I have 4 set pieces for some time yesterday was the 1st (and 2nd) time I got this (or an other) bug, so I could only use 4 conc slots. I tried many thing to free up the locked conc slot but nothing seemed to help until after some zoning etc it seemed to work again just to bug out again 5 mins later.

So is there any known workaround to free it up?

Did you try cancelling, then recasting your act of war buff, before you attempted anything else?

Works for me, every time.

I tried that 1st, as I had something like that in mind. After that didn't work I also tried it with any combination of 1 to 4 pieces equipped and with all buffs in any combination (yes it took a while). I tried even relogging with the buffs on and relogging with the buffs off. Nothing seemed to help. Not even dieing.

i have two set of gear macroed i swap between the two which always drops the tenacity becasue i drop from 4 set for a split second and that fixes it.. its annoying as all hell but ffs i doubt its high on the priority list..

Just make sure in your switch macro that the t4 set pieces are equpped first before the other pieces get traded out, as long as you maintain 4 pieces on at all times, it wont drop the group wide so all you have to do is go over to the right side of the equip macro and use the little arrows to move your t4 set equip macro higher up the priority and you shouldnt have to recast it, it should maintain the groupwide.
