why? i mean like its just 2 ppl talking shit. the proc changes have hit the REH really hard, since the ward amount does no longer exceed 1500 at all, under no possible circumstances ever. also: dont bother to post otherwise, thatd be a post of falsehood anyways.

the REH will add 15-20% to your heal parse in the least, some fights it would be 40-50% of the heals depending on the damage. Grats on your upgrade and feel free to taunt the idiots on your guild for not wanting the second best helm in game. ( first being faded black which is superior in all except the 3% reuse or w/e its got.. which isnt a big deal with alal the gears with that on it now-a-days.)
