Default Which shard armor to go after when newly 80?

Hello i was wondering if someone could tell me which shard armor i should be looking to go after first when i hit 80 and start gearing up for raiding? My first guess is the pious set? Although it seems devoid of any mellee type stats and from what i understand ill be melleeing alot and healing in between?

Anyways i appreciate any responses just trying to figure out the best way to play my class. thank you.

IMHO pious first, then T2 , then think about your dps gear. Your MC gear prob has similar stats as the T1 DPS (excluding set bonuses ofc), pickup your DPS gear when doing other runs.

yeah, get the t2 gear first so you can get the woe gear as soon as you get the pattern

The only ? might be the fact that the t2 gloves have 38% haste on them. That's got to be pretty high on the list, I think the t1 are 35% which is still pretty reasonalble unless you have access to some other better haste item. But I think those gloves are pretty key. The t3 which are usually considered trash are easy to pick up as well and are 40% hasted.
