Smart Loot?

I know they made some T4 smarter loot right? Meaning that it has an increased chance of dropping an item for someone who doesnt have the pattern already.

My question is was this applied to T3 patterns as well?

t3 has always been 100% smart loot.

Yeah, in my guild they more or less make you take the t3 piece even if you have the t4 version, because as long as you don't have the piece, the pattern will have a chance to keep dropping (possibly taking away from other people).

On the plus side, I have 6 pieces of t3 after raiding WoE and some of Kurns just a handful of times.
