I'll end up finishing it through legendary atleast twice, for my bruiser and guardian, and atleast once for fabled, for my bruiser. The legendary is more than good enough for my alt, instance tanking, harvesting, low t7 farming guardian.

To be honest either of the cloaks I have seen out of NTT are completely and totally better than any quest reward should ever be except maybe from a lvl 82-84 signature quest in RoK expansion.

the new zone cloak looks pretty nice, thou i still want mayong cloak :P

I don't see myself using it over the Rallos Cloak, it is about 5% of my DPS parse. The extra 2% heal crit would be nice, along with swapping to a phantom shod for my vraksakin, but that kind of damage I don't see myself just giving away for the heal crit at the moment unless I can find an alternate source for about the same damage.

No matter how good any of this stuff is, if its the gear ur looking to get from the quest its basicly poinless. In november is when RoK comes out, when they raise the cap to 80 all of this stuff is out dated and going to be junk compared to what RoK has to offer. It will be like using t6 gear now. I just started on my DT access but i started realizin that KoS is going to be almost 1 grouped since my guild can do a good part of DT with 2 on a good day. When RoK comes out eof is going to be as easy as KoS is now. What im really trying to get at here is that i wouldnt be so impressed with these SoD rewards since when RoK comes out they are going to be easily upgraded with T8 Weapons.
