Supposed to be a 1min Recast.

Its not.

1min30sec Recast, makes it much, much less useful. Very disappointing.

its a crapton less useful because not only is it a 1 min 30 sec recast the timer does not start until the effect wears off makign it a 2 min recast ftl. useless once again imo.

Just use it ~10s before the AE then cancel it afterward. Thats really easy to avoid.
