There's a 30% shrink 10% less aggro generated in there also. I think I activated the cloak 15 times yesterday, and got the deaggro+shrink twice. The other 13 were goblin form. (goblin form stays if you swap cloaks, but the other buffs do not, but as there are no stats associated with goblin form it doesn't mater)

If you zone or log out with the buff on, it stays even if you change cloaks <_____<

So far ive had:

30% size increase and +10 dps
30% shrink and 10% deagro
Goblin illusions - no noticable effect other than the illuison - although the description reads Gigglegibblers love the shinies and you get pelted with coins as a graphic when you first cast.

Has anyone seen any other effects?

You also get some copper when change to a goblin got 34 copper might change though

If you leave it on you get pelted with coins every once in a while. Haven't figured out the frequency.

Rumor has it that there's also an increased chance of loot, and/or favorable loot (class drops)
