Ok that damn cowl of the trickster i NEVER EVER saw on the broker (although a cap with the excat same name, but lvl 30ish somewhat and realy crappy in look)

lootdb says it drops of the brownies in lesser faydark (sentry's and stuff) - so I went there, mentored a lvl 55 and grinded for an hour or two. Due to a sucking huge number of Adept 1's which can drop as well in those treasured chests I guess I will never get one....

But still... can anyone confirm this dropping of those brownies? Is there no other cowl which is noct ranger/assa only? I know a fabled assa-like cowl which comes of the pumpking knight contested x4 from eof

I can 100% confirm this drops. You just have to be mega patient. Just think EQ1 evercamp style.

I think I got 1 every 4 hours or so. Have gotten like 5 total.

kill the heroic brownies

I only got the drop off heroic ones =/ , never a solo brownie.

Ive seen em drop off both, my troub has one. Grinding for them is such a chore, they are never on the broker, and when they are (saw one once for 20p) they are extremely overpriced.

Heroic? I camped those tiny lil bastards right before the zonein to Greatere Fay ... on the rocks - you have to run up a root and on both sides of the road there were their camps up there

where do i find those heroics? maybe they'll be nicer

i was killing around the whole area too. 2 hours without a drop and then got 2 of em in 5min... wtf

got mine both off the solo mobs at the entry tho

Its the merchant bought T8 leather stuff, Tolan's BP and some treasured RoK stuff.

Try the tree sap encrusted armor, it looks pretty camo-ish.
