There is a robe like the Ancient Rallosian Gown, but instead of maroon it's black with the gold trim, and supposedly it drops in Icy Digs. I would appreciate it if somebody were able to come up with the name and/or link.

May be that. Not in game at the moment to check, but that is the only robe I ever recall seeing out of that zone. Usually, was just a lot of plate gear.

YES that's it. I had the word "Lydia" in my head for some reason, couldn't find the right variation.
It's a no-trade item and people aren't farming that zone like crazy, so either elbow grease or something clever will have to happen.

Some of the legendary armor sets from EoF look better than the Fabled by a good bit.
Any sort of plate helm other than the Guardian rooster helm.
