I'd like to know how this is possible...

I was walking around in QH when I had seen Fallen's tank (I think it was Fallen's tank) wearing the straw monk hat for the appearance. How is this possible? I thought that if you couldn't equip it normally, you wouldn't be able to put it in your appearance slot.

You mean the bamboo hat? Easy. One of the boombottom items from Kaladim looks like it, all classes usable.
