May be that. Not in game at the moment to check, but that is the only robe I ever recall seeing out of that zone. Usually, was just a lot of plate gear.

There is a hat reward from a Kunzar Jungle quest out of the Reet camp that is a blue tinted brawler hat. Grab one of the two all class gi's from Maidens and you'll have yourself some class identification issues!

Its called Reet Warrior's Skullcap, I can't find a link for it anywhere.
