Example:

Your Monk puts his set BP into his appearance slot. Mayong drops a Monk BP despite him having one.

Additional FYI; You can then assign the Monk that already has the BP in his appearance slot ANOTHER BP.

I can confirm this bug, happened earlier tonight. Bug reported this a few hours ago, smart loot is NOT recognizing possession of a set piece when determining drops if you have it in an appearance tab slot. In IS earlier, I was wearing my fabled set head, shoulders, and boots in appearance slots, and we had 3 people that didn't have a hat or shoulders yet. HOWEVER, cowl and cap of spirit siphoning did both drop, even tho I was the only necro on the raid, I had them, and others were in the raid that didn't have their fabled set pieces for those slots. Just wanted to let y'all know, don't go raiding for loot in a smart loot zone w/ set pieces in your appearance slots.

this would explain why we got glove of the raging storm actually. from my memory of what we got everything else was all swashbuckler gear...dont remember what snark's or hoopdee appearance was so cant comment on that.
