i personally hate haste, it sucks. i use alins at the start of every fight and whenever its up. why not? bellow does proc the braclet of thule, so i just generally assumed it was a spell attack. and i use alins whenever i can, for when you spam stuff, stuff is sometimes down... i personally never use moa neck, but i use the wrist only cause i dotn have dt one yet. and i never have problems getting decent on the parse. but tahts whats cool about mmos. we each have a different view point. o ya did i say fuk haste yet? too bad theres not many dps items. dps >>>>>>>>>>> haste

I wasn't sure about Bellow, the 0 cast time means hardly any procs and I only use it for PotM. But with the wrist, using Bellow would be the same as nuking for 24 damage. Doesn't that seem a bit pointless.

Yeah, dps owns haste, but haste owns that wrist. I've parsed 1100 on single target named mobs (Pain and Suffering to name a couple), which was mainly the result of capping my haste. I did use long delay weapons though which is where it really shined. I was able to use all my CAs and nukes when they were up and still managed 30% of my dps through autoattack. If your spamming everything, Elis has such a fast recast that you'll nearly always have something up....Alins has such a long cast time that it lowers your dps on a single target because it'll prevent a few swings of autoattack.

its insta cast... its not liek it takes away from anything. i just have it in the middle of my hotbar and click it whenever i see it. and ive parsed high on single target mobs as well, its just a matter how your used ot i guess? and raid setup. sigh... i wanta mage group again...

Fuck dude.... All the items out of Nizara deemed Legendary and the Boss drops in Vaults (also Legendary) are better then most T7 Fabled. They take a tenth of the time to get and you only need 1 group. Fuck procs ..Fuck FT, and give us something we can use thats really an upgrade.
