Kind of a stupid set of changes.

The buckler needs to be more priest oriented not for a tank, that AA line is overpowered enough.

Several of those procs are useless.

on another note, isnt the proc on the mage wrist semi Decent? some people say that the Chel'drak dagger that procs similar to that is semi decent, but since i dont play a caster i really cant say anything about it.

The funny thing is the boots were ok with the FT, thats generally the effect cloth boots have if they haveo ne so those were an all around upgrade.
