These dropped for me from third named in emerald halls while we were testing the zone.
I also have a +25 spell adornment increase which i added to it so plz ignore that data. First off stats seem low. The legendary nightcord from labs have higher and more class beneficial stats( ie i need int not wis.) Hp and Power are very nice. Resist are what id expect -slightly better then kos resist before they were lowered.
The issue i have is the Set bonuses
(3) 60 damage is less then 5% of spell i cant frequently cast because im required to be stealthed to use it , and as a bard 1 have 1 stealth(2 if kos aa speced) that takes 3 seconds to cast. This is an effect that is maybe 1/5 as good as either the relic bonuses.
(5) wish i could see by how much, This again effects 1 spell. on lives combat system the spell is near useless but on beta it is more effective so ill reserve judgment on your choice of spell to upgrade, but to be effective and worth having to have 5 pieces of 1 type of raid dropped amour 25-50% is what id expect.
(7) 3 dps for the caster? are you serious. 1 adorment can add 20%, many classes have buff and proc buff that reach the 30-50% mark. I can only hope this is just a place holder stuck in here to remind you to change it.
This is the only piece of any of the fabled sets ive seen. One thing that scares me the most is that they were different when they first dropped so you did already go back and change it once so this might be there final form. I hope i dont sound to critical but if every sets bonus are 60 damage to one spell, increase 1 situational buff, and 3 dps there will be alot more disappointed ppl when they get there first drops on live.
