Hooluh's helm is supposed to be used for the Legendary Heroic sets.

I really like the look of the armor, it doesn't have awesome stats but it's nice that there will be armor sets with benefits like this. If anything I'd like to get this armor just for the look of it to wear around.
not sure what you mean by "stack", the effects on the bottom are for when you reach a certain # of pieces
also they changed the look of tihs armor - again - now its sortof like black/grey/dark yellow
