i was just wondering where people are finding certain set items in the ROK expansion. i would really like to know where the monk set items drop, but all classes that you know of would be extremely usefull to alot of the other players as well.

Assuming your talking about legendary

So far -

Forearms - Crypt of Agony
Gauntlets - Crypt of Agony
Leggings - Crypt of Agony
Chest - Charasis (both Maidens, and Vault)
Head - Charasis (both)
Shoulders - Chelsith

havent seen boots drop yet

now the pieces we got were varied, and it didnt seem to be smart loot system. As of right now I cant be sure if every classes items can drop from the same mob, or if they are divided up somehow.

I can also assume that there are 2 mobs that drop each piece, if not more. I know that I saw forearms off of 2 different mobs, unsure of the second.

There are a ton of different sets and its probably something you should look for in the class forums. The mobs do not seem to be using the Smartloot system though some of the pieces are trade-able.

Seems like it's smartloot to me.

IN 3 days (3 Charasis: Vault, 2 Crypt of Agony runs) we've had:

1 Scout Helm
2 Tank BPs
1 Templar BP
1 Tank Hands
1 Tank Helm
1 Defiler Cuffs
1 Druid Shoulders

2 Tank BPs were of different sets.

All classes were in group at time of the drops.

The only one we had that was possibly not smart loot was the fury/warden priest leather drop...with no leather priests in the group.

Is it possible that it dropped anyways just based on the "all priests" tag on the item? if so thats sort of a loophole. I dont see shamans/clerics wearing the leather set.

Hope you are wrong about that. Fyrelight(sp?) posted somewhere around here that he/she felt that chain and plate healers had no real need for the extra mit. and should be happy with leather and even cloth if it helped them do there job better. Kind of along the lines of scouts using avatar battle robe and Dhamphere(sp?) chest piece becuase they are better for dps.

I know for a fact that my wife looted the cleric plate legs and BP, so a healer plate reward does drop. and someone else mentioned seeing the shaman chain soo...ya.
