Basically, GG SOE!

You get the items from a quest (Starts from a Sarnak on Butcherblock Mountains docks, in between the Mender&Mailbox) that takes about 30 minutes, series of like 8 simple quests.

Congratulations on making a T4 solo quested item better than T7 raid acquired items for most classes!

I would like to mention that the stats were not reduced as much as most of you are probably expecting. Without giving away too much, you'll be seeing some much more powerful charms coming out of high level zones soon as well =)

im so glad they are finally making charm items that drop in game...so sad before everyone was just using hex dolls..

Why?

Any encounter that needs to be debuffed that much is probably a raid mob, and you should have a good enough mix of classes to hit them far more than hex dolls would ever do.

Because players die.

Some players forget to re-debuff.

Players towards the end of a fight are close to being out of power?

They are free and proc items (unless thats changed)

What else are Enchanters supposed to do!
