When it proc's, it puts an independant buff on everyone in the group, which means it would be equivalent to roughly 6 RoS against single targets, a bit less on groups since RoS could proc multiple times on AoE's.

I'm trying out stacking it right now. I think I'm up to 4 pieces with bracers, gloves, boots, robe. I need that cloak and Idk if there are any others to stack... but at 3.5x each(I'm a warlock), and 4 items equiped, I'm essentially procing 14x/min for 200 dmg for everyone in the group. It's nearly every cast. Not sure how it'll work out over other gear to solely boost my own dps, but it's an interesting proc in the least.

There's a similar proc that goes off beneficial spells and I would imagine stacks with the hostile one since it has a different name but I haven't gotten a chance at trying it yet.

Sorta a balance issue though, since the proc can get eaten by non damage spells and essentially no matter how much of it you put on it will never do more than +200 spell/ca damage.

I'm wondering how much CA damage is out there though, seems like it got itemized much less and to a much smaller amount. I wonder how valuable it would be to use in a melee group versus helping out casters. Also one of the mages that caps out early on spell damage... a chanter with warlock buff would proc each item something like 7 times per minute.

One other thing to consider that I haven't gotten to test out either, this is groupwide so does it hit summoner/illus pets too? Dumbfires?

Oh also one of the spell damage activated procs is boots from a quest in... Kunzar I think, Mind's Eye Slippers.

Only slots i would use the items in. Im unsure about dumbfire but it effects my primary pet.

Zonewide buff when it procs. You've got both Manical (hostile) and Benevolent Infusion (beneficial). The two buffs do not overwrite each other, but the bonuses do not stack and are eaten at the same time. I can make a list later today. I've got a lot of items because I was obsessed with getting every one of the proc items.

Maniacal Infusion shows up on Primary Summoner pets, though I haven't actually bothered looking through ACT to see if it's actually working. Dumbfires do not receive group buffs / procs.

I'm pretty certain these items aren't playing by the normal +Spell Damage/+Combat Art Damage rules. And are instead acting like the old Normalized bullshit. But I could be wrong, just what it looked like when I had 1 proc from a group member, although I still need to look into it more.
