If it was plate then you wouldnt see a problem, is that what your saying?

I just gotta say so what. I dont see it as a problem.

I see it as a problem if the higher end, harder to get gear is not better.

If thats not the case then you will have to complain about how Godking is still viable, or Vines Cloak being 10% ZW, etc.

well, that may be. I just think its too early to say. If it is the case, the it should be priority to fix the raid gear then break the treasured imo.

Also, a lot of the healing this effect catches is not very significant, its just filler heals that top of health from random minor damage. So the reason druids seem to be mentioned in this is because they typically are solo in a mage group with all them eating their hp for power, and the heal also procs before the regen kicks in so it steals heals from other parts of their zw.

If it procs before the actual group heals form other classes go off as well it would do the same thing with stealing the actual amount if its a top off heal.

It maybe a little too common and misplaced, but I dont think the effect is actually that overpowerd.

Unless you're a templar with a wish to be a dominatrix... that's exactly what it means.

I don't think any self respecting templar should drink the "hey, it's leather! It's for all healers!" cool aid. Correct answer: "Hey, it's leather, it's not for a plate wearing healer!" ... which of course only leaves the droods and the shammies... and why would they wear leather?

Who cares anymore, let's just grab a big pot and throw in Ethereal Charges and Overloaded Heals and +150 spell damage on everything and just go out in a big bang so hard it even throws Gallenite out of his seat.

I was solo healing some instances and the procs for either heals or wards was over 30% of my total heals in each instance I did. The shit is gonna get nerfed.

Oh I'm a defiler.

So is it proc'n mutiple times per heal?

I have 2 items, and a Vine cloak. The 2 only where 8% and 6% of my day of solo healing 2 instances and Cloak was 11% each time. The Cloak is a regen that heals more times per proc then the Overloaded.

Unless it was procing multiple times per heal I do not see how it could even be over 15% of a ZW. Unless of course for druids HoT it was procing per tick of the HoT.

Mind a copy of an ACT window? I would hate to see some reactionary response on conjecture.

I will agree with the raid loot so far out of the t1 zones in which we have cleared so far. Lots of loot from the instances or quests are better and it shouldnt be even the t1 raid loot needs to be better period. Who knows what Veeshan's Peak and beyond holds but if they have this much time to throw in all this gear for solo or groups to get, they need to spend some fucking time on the raid loot for christ sake.

That's a very dumb reason to limit yourself, and what you do as a class.

Clawed basilisk boots : Leather ( but scouts wear them )

Resplendant Robe of battle : Cloth ( but scouts wear it )

Why do scouts wear these items over what SOE dicates they should be wearing ( Chain ) Because it increases their DPS the most, and that is what a scout does by default ( even bards can do dps! omg lol )

So to look at an item and go, My class wears plate, but this is leather, and use that as your deciding factor on whether or not to take the item, is just stupid.

Correct Answer : If the item is the best item for the job you do, then use it. Nuff said.

Also some of these items with the proc on them are in jewelry slots anyways.
