tangarth ive not read your other post but what about the spear being used for the same reason the GDH is the best dw primary weapon? lower DR but good proc rate? i know im personally a fan of AVP or Cutlass but it is something to consider.

The spear now is probably pretty bad because its delay at 100% haste doesnt allow for optimal CA/autoattack ratio while spamming.

When/If they remove the haste cap however, that changes.
