yea the staff is a piece of shit. imho they should lower the damage 20% and make it a 1 hander. sound overpowered? i think not, check this item from sebilis off a named (not that hard to get). doesnt show in the img but it also has 2 double attack and attack speed mod
now tell me, how is it fair to have a lvl 75 2 hander be only 20% better than a lvl 79 1 hander, espescially when the weapon is worse than an item from 2 loot tiers earlier which can be obtained by the same strength group of people in not that much longer
