There is no loot

Apart from some of the t8 relic + the item from vault (heroic instance) there isnt much i desire loot wise as a previous t5-t7 hardcore raider and now as a t8 hardcore raider. The loot table from t1-t4 for us mages RoK is abolutely crap. SoE what are you doing???? i hope you surprise the hell of me lootwise when the avatars come!

Better mage loot pls.

are you serious? I doubt even half the loot is discovered yet and there is already a retarded amount of +spell damage, along with a hefty amount of crit, procs, and +cast and reuse speed. Not to mention how good you made out on AA this expansion...

You are dumb. There is very little good mage loot from raiding. In case you aren't aware, the majority of the raid loot from raiding for mages is inferior to the loot you can get from soloing and grouping. Thus, you're dumb. Actually, most of the loot has been discovered, the loot tables are rather small, and they are rather shitty. So please, if you want to comment about mage loot, know the whole deal. Then again, there is so much shit loot for every class, and not just mages coming from raiding in comparison to what you can get from grouping and soloing.

the loot is sucky. +damage and +crit gets BORING after you see it on the first 5,000 items. please be more original when designing loot.. espescially raid loot.

Depends really how your guild faired in RoK, an Avatar killing guild won't find many upgrades, but a non-Avatar killing guild will find quite a few upgrades.

no you really wont find many upgrades no matter what guild youre in since most of the quest/instance gear is better than alot of the raid gear...

The wrong answer at this point is for the item dev to review the raid loot and make it fucking stupid overpowered compared to the rest of the game. They'll (or he'll) learn their lessons with T7 avatar loot one way or another.

i do know up to this point 3 mages, who, after inspecting the loot tables on xanadu, decided to keep their T6 hat from Alafaz because dmg proc > all. and that is fucking ridiculous that they didnt include new damage procs besides that anaphylaxis thingie

So, what they should do is nerf all of the solo and heroic gear which would in turn cause a lot of people to quit, amirite? No, if they did that they'd have a lot less subs on their hand. Thus leaving them with 2 options. Pissed off raiders, or upgrade the raid loot so that it is actually an upgrade over solo and heroic loot.

Oh, and good news for everybody who cares about the game, the new rumour floating out there is Epics, Avatars, and upgraded VP Loot(god damn, ANOTHER fucking expansion with loot having to be upgraded, seriously, what the fuck is wrong with this picture here? Can we please get somebody who isn't a fucking moron do raid loot initially in the expansion so we don't have to go through and watch as all the loot gets upgraded time and time again? We may as well bid on loot because of what it WILL become, rather than what it is currently) in 42(I guess it is the meaning of Life and RoK raiding now!). Oh well, too bad by the time anything new comes out, all the instances will be on farm. Great job!
