About fucking time they nerf this shit, was horribly overpowered even after it was originally "nerfed"
It wasn't the "offsetting how retarded some mobs hit" that was the reason for wearing overloaded heal items, it was the fact that if you per say had six peices with overloaded heal, you had a total chance of proc'ing it 36 times on a group heal

Just make it so that it doesn't stack, and you can have 1 item that procs "Overloaded Heal". Not 5-10-whatever some healers are rolling with to megaboost their proc chances and end up with 20% of their zw's being overloaded heal lol (don't think any of ours have that, but I've seen other healers with legendary overloaded heal stuff in almost every slot it could fit in). I do agree that they should stick a heal proc on some of the fabled gear, indeed the deagro procs would be a good place to start adding them, and maybe let those stack, because they are fabled, not something bought for 5p at a faction merchant.
I don't see the problem with having 1 item of this on a healer.. ofc 5 items are too overpowered but 1-2 is ok..
But tbh, the real nerf is coming on the cleric and shamans.. because unlike druids cleric and shamans can heal fast and effective the group in few secs (well they can to some point but still not as good as druid) and those items adding some help to them.. for me as a warden it's not that big nerf but for other healers it's quite a hit.
One more thing... I just noticed that Overflow still heals the entire group for 300hp. Unfortunately for healers, this is a proc which only triggers off of hostile spells.
So:
Overloaded Heal, proc-ing group heal off of heals -> overpowered, need nerf BADLY
Overflow, proc-ing same group heal off of nukes -> works as intended
So after Fyreflyte's leather fiasco and now after this, I have to assume that SOE would like to get rid of pure healers altogether and concentrate on combining the remaining healers into something that wears leather and nukes. LOL
And don't tell me it's a bug... read the spell text. It's a single person heal now. I don't see how that can be a bug. Someone said "let's make it a single person heal, Phil, go ahead and change the text please!"
