Default Fallout Proc Bugged

Just noticed today in CoA that the Fallout proc on our conjy's hat was procing and debuffing the group.

The fix he mentions is probably the proc not aggroing everything around. If you read closer, that's when I mentioned to him the other problem that Slyk just started this thread about. He didn't even know about it.

It should. I've never failed to fix something I said I'd fixed. Whether you like the fixes I make is a matter of great debate, but as far as straight-up bug fixing goes, I've got a good record.
In this case, however (as is mentioned in the post above), I was referring to another bug. This one has been on my list, but I just got back from vacation and have a number of things to attend to. I'll get this fixed as soon as possible =)

On a more general note (and this should really be in its own thread, but I hate creating clutter), I've been making note of all of the procing issues, and am looking into them (Coil of the Vile Spawn included). I'll give a progress update on that soon™.

I think the absurd proc is counterbalanced by the damage suffered when you forget to take it off and start nuking it up in any dungeon :P

the number of fights that get 0 benefit from the Coil of Vile Spawn help make a unique and powerful item in the right situation, So it would suck to see it just turn into the average dull +spell damage ring that would never really be used vs the limited use it gets now, if this were kos it might be a different story.

Hopefully its fixed soon. I was getting really pissed last night having to constantly cure that off the group after some retard refused to take it off despite it being broken.
