I choose the Thuuga necklace back in the wee early days of the expansion, unaware of the dwarf faction necklace - forget the name - that seems to be just as good.

Is there anyway to swap Thuuga rewards?

I dont know of any dorf faction necklace that would even come close to the thuuga neck, only thing close that might be an alternative is the Ganak's Torque.... but there really isn't a way to swap rewards (the only reason the bracelet/bangle thing is being done is because the mage reward was fucked up).
Maybe a petition will be successful, but they typically don't like that and if it is successful they usually say its a one time thing.

Might be better off getting the reet eye ring? from a KJ quest and and keep your neck, should be about the same difference.

All he does is offer, via dialogue, to take 70g and give you the new neck/wrist piece, but you have to sell your current thugga reward to get that dialogue option.
