To clarify: If I did not KNOW Domino since release as a player and meet her in person and talk about the game and what she felt would make it better when she was a player, I wouldn't hate her so much. If I didn't read post after post by her as a player bitching about raiding, raid items, quests that took a lot of time and premiere questlines that required raiding that casuals wouldn't see or would see way late, maybe I would cut her some slack. However, I DID.

Sure she is passionate about crafting and posts a lot, communicating back and forth with her playerbase. BECAUSE A YEAR AGO SHE WAS A PLAYER IN THE SAME PLACE THEY ARE. THAT is why. For instance, if you guys knew who her playtooon was you'd be like "wtf, she skews shit towards her crafting class a lot". Would any of us care? Fuck no. But its not different than what Aeralik gets accused of with DE/assassins.

Then you have to consider that like it or not I do still have some friends at SOE and they have straight up told me that Domino is hard to work with regarding things like itemization and the like, BECAUSE SHE IS SO VERY PRO CASUAL/CRAFTER AND ANTI-RAIDER.

So sure, perhaps the answer is for SOE to hire a player that is a hardcore raider and smart (read Pinski) that can go in there and put Domino in her place and they can both fix their spheres and be happy communicating players turned devs.

However... until that happens Domino is still the player I argued in the summit forums with, still the player I heard bitch and bitch and bitch about raiding and exclusive access to the best items/quests via raiding that I argued with at Fan Faire. Nothing will change that. Gratz on your guys living in your ignorance and not seeing that her passion isn't just pro-crafter/casual its also very anti-raider. I wish I was blessed with the same ignorance.

Find out who she was before she became Domino and go back a couple years and read her posts. Maybe you'll change your tune. Maybe not, but a lot of you are stupid fucking idiots, so go figure.

For fucks sake the charm slot was intentionally made for consumables and later just had crafted dolls.
When they finally add in more of the NEW improved charm slot itemization, then you have something to compare it too. Right now there is nothing to compare it to BUT the fucking hex dolls, the KC collection and the Chelsith heroic reward. And compared to those items it is NOT overpower.

In your small minded world every charm item ever made is overpower to T8 raid charm slots. Why? becuase it doesnt fucking exist.

WE HAVE RAID CHARM SLOTS TO COMPARE THESE ITEMS TO

We have the Cmayong charm item.
We have the FTH charm item.
We have the woushi charm item.

Since top end T7 contested gear and raid gear is still decent compared to the T8 gear, there is no reason why any charm slot item in T8 that is not acquired through raiding should be better than the 3 I mentioned above.

Raid obtained ammo is actually the best in game currently you dumbfuck. I mean are you really this stupid? As is Raid obtained drinks, and Raid obtained Poisons. OMGZ Does that mean you're fucking retarded? Yes, I thought so!

So what you're telling me is that because there is no item, it's okay that they're so damn good? Because that's what you're telling me. If there is nothing better than it, it is the best item in the game, and if said item doesn't come from raiding in some form(component or loot drop or whatever), then it is overpowered, period. I didn't say Overpowered compared to the Raid equivalent, I said overpowered in GENERAL. Your usage of how you compare items to determine overpowered is stupid. The itemization thus far has me lol'ing so I don't hold up any hope, although if they actually get risk/difficulty vs reward right, considering Roger's content so far in RoK, I suppose the items in that zone might blow you irl. But then again this is SOE.
