Like i said before there is already a bp in vp with 85 combat art damage for brawlers and the jarsath gi is already deemed better. Again for the reading impared the jarsath gi has more then just that 4 melee crit for an effect. It also has a dps mod. Is 75 ca better then 2 dps prolly. But now you just made the other vest in vp worthless by making a 75 ca vest with 4 melee crit better then a 85 combat art vest. So now you need to add something to the 85 CA vest so that it is no longer transmute loot. I would hate to see you as an item designer because you flat out suck.

The obvious fix is to just remove half of the brawler loot from the game so we don't have to transmute it anymore.

Not necessarily you can make one defensive and one offensive BP.
Also the same can be said for many class items in Vp in fact there are 2 scout bps as well.

I didn't try to prove you wrong because you said to nerf the item (to a less overpowered version than it is - still overpowered), then argued over how the item isn't good for you in your current group setups.

My guildmates have done all the arguing for me, no reason for me to get involved.

No, because item progression would still be completely fucked. This patch is supposed to somewhat correct that problem, not enhance it.
