First i never brought up my group setups as a means to justify the item.
Pinski in an effort to show how overpowered the test version is pointed out that with a templar and dirge the test version would be better then then the avatar robe.
Regardless of the fact i already admitted the gi should be nerfed to 25% and have an unmodifiable proc rate. (same with the scout earring).
He was stating (read again he started group setups) if they put me w the TEST version of the robe in the offtank group it would be better. at this i countered regardless of the initial change i recommended that if i was in the offtank group i would get a mystic likely and thus use the set bp for the constant + crit so i can have constant 90% crit instead of 75% crit and 100% crit for 20 secs every min.
So please stop lying to prove a point you obviously were to stupid to understand.

If i was using my personal group setups it would have been an offtank Inqusitor since I have 2 inquistors and 1 templar. which makes your whole entire above post completely and obvious bullshit and lies.

Regardless the proc i suggested is a lesser version of the proc that scouts recieve. If it is still considered overpowered then the scout ear must be overpowered as well. The least of which includes the scouts earring modifiable proc rate. To me it clearly sounds like scout> brawler penis envy in regards to the change I suggested.

No, my post still stands as fact.

See, what you just did, and did previously vs Pinski, was argue that your overpowered version of the robe is justifiable because of group setups and then proceeded to list a bunch of specifics on what the item can't have because your if it had those specifics, in your group they'd be worthless (CA dmg, haste, DPS mod, etc).

Gungo logic is:

Item A is completely overpowered, so let's create a version of the item which is still overpowered, but to a lesser effect and try to justify it by stating group facts, etc when people argue it's overpowered to claim it's not.

Here's what everyone else is saying:

Gungo, you're version of the robe is still overpowered when compared to the rest of the VP loot. You're dumb and stfu.

You are correct and that is the point most high end raiders are now at. Balancing gear at the caps. which leaves no room for further progression until the next expansion where they nerf all the gear we are complaining about.

They don't want us to tank, they don't want us to be able to DPS worth a crap...

I've always assumed the Dev's threw the brawlers a few ELITE items every expansion to cover up the fact that we're still just the Red Headed Step Children of the raid force.

This'll sound fucked up, but:

They really should, at this point, put a "smart loot brawler" system into place, meaning if you have these overpowered brawler only items littering a mob's loot table, but if the brawler in your raid already has the item then it can't drop again.

I agree with this totally, I always felt like crap when something dropped for a brawler that I already had and the rest of the raid force needed upgrades.

Edited: Hell, you're lucky to see one brawler in an Elite raid force...at least back pre ROK when I was still playing.

I said SOLO a monk is overcapped on haste.
I said SOLO a bruiser is capped on +CA damage

Again if the item i suggested is overpowered then surely the scout version which will still be modifiable and has more effects is obviously overpowered.
