Ezekial was a decent brigand. While he was no Pickme, atleast from what I saw, he was still better than the majority of brigands I've seen and certainly didn't suck as gungo has suggested.

Losing a parse to Trumak during your app period is nothing to be ashamed of, since Trumak is indeed a beast. Gungo picked a dumb specific example to prove his point, since Trumak is probably one of the best parsing monks WW.

Although Ezekial was apping against Tear at one point, and I think Tear was the better of the 2.

Despite some very idiotic ramblings the truth of the matter is stats and effects are kinda like money the way the interact with the combat system in the same way money is used to purchase goods.

Our equipment has had such an incredible expansionary policy for a long time that the only way to fix it in essence is the natural process of inflation. In this sense its making mobs more difficult (ie the whole kill rats to get gear to kill bigger rats mentality).

The problem is SOE has put an artificial cap on this inflation through its diminishing return system so we literally have nothing left to do except put random and sometimes very overpowered effects on items.

Simply stating that one piece of gear is justified b/c another piece of gear is overpowered is imprudent and a very perverted way of thinking.

There are 2 solutions to problems with gear. Get rid of the curves and scale mobs in a linear and progressive manner so that all gear is easy to calculate and match against skills or keep the same system and nerf almost every peice of gear in power by 20-40% depending on the pieces while completely nerfing some pieces outright.

Most avatar gear from t7 and some contested gear is way to powerful and needs to outright be destroyed.
