The buff from Froglok Bonecaster's Robe refreshes every 11 seconds.

Can't this just be a static buff?

It's that way for every item with a pet buff. It is very annoying.

Just saw this thread.

It's annoying, but it's cool that way. Often when something debuffs you, they zing this buff. Then, 0-10 secs later...it's back!!

Has anyone had a issue with a item that has Elemental Bond on it , refreshing after its duration , while invis or stealth and it breaking it or causing unwanted agro ? Possibly proc'n against a Unknown ?

I think i ran into a issue with that in Karnor's Castle a few day's ago , although I could have been daydreaming etc etc. Just wondering.
