i might wanna add, this picture is from 2 guildmates who had the EXACT same effects when we linked the trakanon loot from the live servers.
i just patched my stuff fully (As they did afaik before they logged to test) and still have the old effects, so dont go berserk over it, might be only a bug.

These items are showing as unchanged from live for me on Test PVP, and it's a good thing, too. It would be a shame if these items were nerfed in the above manner.
