Power Procs... Not working?

For the past week I have been noticing a near complete lack of proc's from my manawell items and many, many less proc's from my Dizok belt.

The only thing that is proc'ing consistently that has anything to do with power is the replenishing heal item I use.

Like for example:

Normal Venril run with one PR class in group I have to unequip my Dizok belt and keep the rest of my power procs. I still end up sprinting around periodically to keep my power below 60%.

Last Venril run with one PR class in group I had to re-equip my dizok belt and use shards/hearts as fast as they would recycle to stay above 40%.

At the same time our wizard was complaining that his robe of al'kabor wasn't procing.

Anyone else noticing a decrease in proc's?

The Robe of Al'Kabor has always sucked ass at proc'ing, don't use that as justification!

Procs are streaky /shrug. Bad night on the rng.

Yeah thats what I was thinking also, even after it continued last night for the second night in a row as we did nub raid/t1 stuff, but it has carried over to tonight also.

Three nights in a row makes me lean towards something being borked rather than the RNG hating me more than usual.

Every now and then, my epic just stops procing. It's just called horrible luck.

I noticed this last night as well in VP as my healers are never below 75% power, hell even our warden was (/boggle) all 3 healers have power procing items including the chardok belt + I have dreadscale greaves + PR. There is no way in hell my templar warden and defiler should be going under 20% power on a shitty ass fight like Elder Ekron.

I'm not a big fan of tin foil hats and I know that the RNG can screw you badly a lot (my guild doesn't get cloaks. ever. ever. ever. from any zone)...

But according to ACT, there's something not quite right. Now, I also switch out my gear a LOT so it's really hard to say for sure, but it's probably worth parsing for a bit with ALL the power/overheal gear you have going full trigger mode, to see what the rates are.

Yeah still having issues with them not proc'ing.

Four nights in a row of bullshit RNG is a bit much.
