Best part is people constantly asking in 70-79 chat "Where can I find rats??" How the F did you get to level 70+ and not figure out where to find a rat or 2?

What I dont get is, all those stats and then 25 Haste!!!

Is 25 Haste going to make the thing overpowered or something!!
