Default Multi-Slot Items and Adornments

I know, having a Necklace/Wrist with a Wrist adornment equipped in the Neck slot was a bit overpowering, but how about a system where you can place a Necklace AND a Wrist adornment on the item, and then when you put it in the Neck slot it only gets the Neck adornment, and when it's placed in the Wrist slot it gets the Wrist adornment?

Or whatever slot it's for. Or have it if you equip it into a slot that it doesn't have the adornment for, the adornment disables, that way you can still use the item in other slots than just the one it's adorned for. Because it just seems dumb that you can put an Earring adornment on an Ear/Wrist and have it now locked to the Ear slot only, even if you'd put an almost the same adornment onto the Wrist slot(+16INT for example!).

I agree. Pretty dumb when if you improve an item with an adornment you bind it to that slot. I also think it's stupid you can't remove an adornment, you can only overwrite them.

I think the problem is more that the devs only design items that are limited to 1 slot only mainly because of adornment problems. If they expanded the system then you could have a lot of versatile items that are neck/waist, wrist/neck, finger/ear, wrist/ear, etc.

I dont know how much code it would take, but this is a very solid idea that does not overpower the item. It certainly deserves interest from the devs.

If they were removable, you'd have the same thing happen to adornments that happened to strongboxes and vendor crates...
Price dumping, and a hell of a lot more inflation than we already have.

He doesn't want to remove them to resell, he wants to remove an adornment without having to put another one on
