No, again choker+4-set is also wrong. If it was to add 225*1.10, that'd be 247.5, or 247 or 248, but it doesn't add 247.5+(52-64), it adds 250+(52-64). Focus Effects do not affect base damage, this can be seen by the fact that every other focus effect only adds the flat value, and when the choker is equipped, it adds the exact same amount as without it equipped. But not this 4-set, instead they decided it should be 250, but display 225. These kind of discrepancies are easily found by a proper QA team.
Soo, maybe it's time to hire a new QA team.

Wait, let me get this right.. You're bitching that the 4-set bonus is giving you MORE then it says? Why are you complaining about this. You should be rejoicing in the fact that you get 25 more dmg for tandem then your supposed to instead of bitching about it so it gets nerfed quicker.

Good idea! Let's just live with misleading item info.
In fact, just put +100 on everything in the description of every item, and have the player find out what it actually does, that makes sense!
